If the item was damaged during shipment, we will replace the damaged part. If the item arrived defective, it will be covered under our Warranty Policy. If we shipped the wrong item, we will pull it out and reship the correct item. All return requests are subject to approval and must be made within 7 days from the date you received the item. All built-in appliance purchases are covered by a FULL TWO-YEAR WARRANTY as long as it meets the following conditions:
Your Miele warranty is valid for two (2) years upon the date of delivery or one (1) month after the agreed upon original delivery date, whichever comes first.
This warranty shall cover the repair and replacement of parts that are deemed defective by our inspection team, and subject to the terms and conditions included in the warranty card to be provided upon the delivery and installation of your appliance.
